Kniphofia ‘Winter Cheer’ – Red Hot Poker
‘Winter Cheer’ is a late flowering form of Kniphofia. Tall thick flower brushes emerge from a large clump of light green foliage in mid-winter and bloom at the start of spring.
Flowering stems reach a height of 1.5 metres tall and are a rich red-orange that open to light orange.
