Why has shipment been temporarily paused?
Australia Post are experiencing a large increase in parcel volumes and delivery times are being impacted. As we approach Christmas we have been advised that this issue will be exacerbated. The resulting delays, along with the warm weather, may cause plants to be harmed while in transit and arrive in poor condition.
Can I still order plants for pickup or local delivery?
Yes, our click & collect, drive & collect, and local delivery options are available as usual.
When will shipments resume?
Orders will reopen as soon as possible after the Christmas/New Year period. At this stage normal shipments should recommence from the 24th of January. This may be moved to a later date if required.
