Why has shipment been temporarily paused?
Australia Post are experiencing a large increase in parcel volumes and delivery times are being impacted. The resulting delays, along with the warm weather of summer, may cause plants to be harmed while in transit and arrive in poor condition if we sent them at this time.
Can I still order plants for pick-up or local delivery?
Yes, our click & collect, drive & collect, and local delivery options are available as usual.
When will shipments resume?
At this stage normal shipments should recommence from the 11th of February. This may be moved to a later date if required.
